Elite Nutrition K9 Guard: Daily Immune Support for Dogs

Quick answer

Use Elite Nutrition K9 Guard as a daily supplement to support hydration, appetite, red blood cell production, and detox in dogs under stress or with heavy workloads. Introduce it gradually and monitor your dog's response.

How to use K9 Guard: step-by-step

1. Check with your veterinarian: Before starting K9 Guard, confirm with your vet that it's appropriate for your dog's age, health status, and current medications. This is especially important for pregnant, nursing, or sick dogs. Never start a new supplement without professional advice if your dog has health issues.
2. Introduce gradually: Start with half the recommended amount for the first 3-5 days to let your dog adjust. Mix it into food or water, following the label directions for the correct dosage based on your dog's weight. A slow introduction helps prevent digestive upset.
3. Administer daily at the same time: Give K9 Guard consistently each day, preferably with a meal to improve absorption and reduce the chance of stomach upset. Use the same method (e.g., mixed in food) to make it a habit. Consistency is more important than perfect timing.
4. Monitor water intake and appetite: Keep track of how much your dog drinks and eats. K9 Guard is designed to encourage better water intake and feed consumption, so you should see gradual improvements. If you notice no change or a decline, consult your vet. Record daily amounts for the first two weeks to spot trends.
5. Watch for changes in vitality: Observe your dog's energy levels and overall demeanor. K9 Guard supports red blood cell production, which can improve stamina. Positive changes may take a few weeks to appear. Take notes weekly to share with your vet if needed.
6. Adjust or stop if needed: If you observe any negative reactions such as vomiting, diarrhea, or lethargy, stop use and contact your veterinarian. Otherwise, continue daily use as part of your dog's routine. Always prioritize your dog's comfort and safety over strict adherence.
